In order to maximise interest
and to attract a wider audience we invest heavily in colour
advertising. We advertise every fortnight in the Leicester
Mercury Property Guide which is the main property paper in
Leicestershire. Our TWO page advert is dedicated to the Blaby,
Oadby and surrounding areas
Time is taken in planning our advert
to ensure it is interesting and varied and will attract the
right buyer. Browse through the property paper and compare
it with our competitors, we are sure you will agree.
Viewing
Viewings are accompanied by a member of staff which ensures
immediate & accurate feedback after every viewing and
allows us to qualify viewers better, reducing time wasting,
poorly matched viewing appointments.
We encourage our clients to go out,
when we show people around, the fewer the people in the house
the larger it feels. Potential purchasers also feel more at
ease and are more likely to say what they really think.

the agent there to listen to your comments & remarks,
